Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an Operations Specialist (Logistic Coordinator) to plan and optimize delivery and pick-up routing for B2B and B2C, ensuring on-time execution and serving as the main contact between internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and 3PL providers. The role monitors performance, analyzes data, and drives cross-functional improvements to align logistics with company goals.

A degree in supply chain and 3–4 years of experience are preferred, along with a valid B2 license and ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college level with logistics experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in logistics management or coordination.
• B2 license valid at least 3 years.
• Can drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Familiarity with major roads or national highways.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent time-management; proficient in MS Office, data analysis, scheduling, and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate optimal routing for B2B/B2C logistics to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for two business models.
• Act as main liaison among Enable team, suppliers, clients, distributors, and customers.
• Prepare delivery/pick-up reports and support process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Corporate, Distribution, Marketing, Procurement, Fulfillment, Warehouse, Inventory.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze logistics data to identify improvements and report on performance.
• Support ad hoc logistics tasks and urgent operational issues.
