MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Sales Coordinator (B2B AU Telco) to join a new team supporting Australian enterprise accounts. This customer-facing role coordinates between Sales, Operations, Billing, and Provisioning to ensure accurate service delivery and billing integrity.

You will manage order processing, maintain CRM data hygiene, and help transition deals into ready-to-activate orders, with day shift, onsite at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales support and order processing.
• Strong data integrity and CRM data management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and analytics to identify billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order workflows across mobility, fixed ICT for Australian enterprise accounts.
• Validate billing setups, perform data integrity checks, resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Provisioning, Billing, and Compliance to remove bottlenecks.
• Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene with accurate stages, values, and close dates.
• Provide onboarding support and guide clients through first bill walkthroughs.
