Job summary

Elite WorldGroup Services Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to generate new business, build client relationships, and manage sales opportunities through the full lifecycle.

You will prospect for new clients, present proposals, coordinate with project teams, and maintain accurate records. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in B2B sales are preferred; willingness to relocate to Davao City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications preferred
• 1–2 years in sales, business development, or account management
• B2B sales or professional-services experience is an advantage
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation, negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-management skills
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities
• Comfortable working with sales targets, deadlines, and performance metrics
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to be assigned in Davao City

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and identify business opportunities across target industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Handle inquiries and determine client requirements for translation, interpretation, localization, and related services.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and customized solutions.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
• Maintain up-to-date client, lead, and sales records.
• Track sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and account performance.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
