Job summary

SoftwareOne in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive adoption of Microsoft Azure Data & AI services for customers across industries. You will identify opportunities, craft account plans, and collaborate with Microsoft teams to co-sell and deliver value, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in cloud, data, or AI domains.
Experience translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft cloud ecosystem and partner co-sell motions.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of Microsoft Data & AI solutions including Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Services, Microsoft Fabric.
Develop and execute territory/account plans aligned with customer priorities.
Lead customer conversations around data modernization, analytics strategy, and AI adoption.
Collaborate with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partners to co-sell and deliver value.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiation.
Stay current on Microsoft Data & AI offerings and industry trends.
