Job summary

SoftwareOne in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive adoption of Microsoft Azure Data & AI services for customers across industries. You will identify opportunities, craft account plans, and collaborate with Microsoft teams to co-sell and deliver value, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in cloud, data, or AI domains.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud ecosystem and partner co-sell motions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Microsoft Data & AI solutions including Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Services, Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and execute territory/account plans aligned with customer priorities.
• Lead customer conversations around data modernization, analytics strategy, and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partners to co-sell and deliver value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiation.
• Stay current on Microsoft Data & AI offerings and industry trends.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years success in enterprise technology sales, preferably in cloud, data, or AI domains.
• Experience with data architecture, AI strategy, and/or analytics transformation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem.
• Experience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem is a plus.
