Job summary

Clevr OPC is seeking an Azure Cloud Architect to oversee and optimize the Firm’s Microsoft Azure cloud environment. The role focuses on scalable, secure cloud solutions aligned with business needs, including front-end platforms, servers, storage, and networks.

The ideal candidate has 2–7 years in cloud engineering, strong Azure expertise, and a track record in designing fault-tolerant, cost-efficient architectures. Hybrid Makati-based role with collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in systems administration or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform is essential.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Ability to translate architectural requirements into cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available systems.
• Skill in selecting cloud services based on data, compute, or security needs.
• Ability to estimate cloud usage costs and apply cost-control strategies.
• Experience migrating on-premises servers and services to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system and network performance and resolve issues.
• Manage Azure cloud accounts and advise on infrastructure support.
• Contribute to the Firm's long-term cloud strategy and roadmap.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on cloud initiatives.
• Evaluate new cloud technologies for cost efficiency and strategic value.
• Conduct capacity planning reviews for resource alignment.
• Redesign cloud solutions to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Lead IT engineering projects and ensure on-budget delivery.
