Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an Application Support Engineer - AWS & Automation in the Philippines for hybrid work. The role focuses on supporting business-critical applications, cloud environments, and automated workflows.

You will handle application support, AWS operations, automation, incident management, and project delivery to maintain reliability and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AWS, automation, PowerShell, Windows, and Tier 2+ support.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in application support or related role.
Hands-on experience with AWS and automation workflows.
Proficiency in PowerShell and Windows environments.
Experience with incident management and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for core business applications.
Investigate and resolve application, system, and processing issues; escalate when needed.
Provide Tier 2+ technical support for complex incidents.
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
Develop understanding of dependencies, integrations, processing schedules, and operational requirements.
Learn and support LifePRO and EAS during onboarding; prior experience not required.
