Job summary

State Street is seeking an Assistant Vice President - Global Billing & Operations to lead billing operations within the global delivery framework, ensuring accuracy, compliance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise goals.

The role drives platform transformation, automation of key processes, and revenue-cycle governance across regions, partnering with Finance, Delivery Heads, Client Service, and Auditors to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of billing, finance operations, or global delivery experience.
• Experience in senior leadership within the BFSI sector preferred.
• Proven ability to manage global or offshore delivery operations at scale.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global billing operations within the BFS domain, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing.
• Define and drive the roadmap for platform migration and process modernization across all regions.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives, including conversion to the end-state billing platform and automation of key processes.
• Oversee high-level operations tied to the revenue cycle, including billing governance and service delivery excellence.
• Communicate transformation goals, progress, and performance to stakeholders with clarity and influence.
