Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Vice President to lead the Enterprise Reconciliation Centre of Excellence, overseeing international accounts and driving automation and efficiency. You will establish strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Technology, and Client Management to deliver superior service delivery and governance.

Responsibilities include KPI, KRI, and MIS reporting against SLA benchmarks, and steering change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale operations (100+ personnel)
• Proven ability to communicate with clients at all organizational levels
• Knowledge of investment management operations and related technologies
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and data-driven decision making

• Develop expertise in State Street products to drive automation and process optimization
• Support development of global client solutions with senior management and business architecture
• Apply financial acumen to improve performance, budgeting, and cost analysis
