Job summary

HSBC Philippines is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President - Data Ops Accounts and SSI to lead the Static Data Utility team and oversee Funds operations. The role requires overseeing 25 FTE and delivering against client SLAs in a hybrid work setting.

The AVP will coordinate with country offices, investor services, and accounting teams to ensure accurate data, timely reporting and robust controls, while driving continuous process improvements and cost management.

Qualifications

• Advanced Investment Administration experience essential.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Experience in Transfer Agency Industry, Accounting and valuation Systems is desirable.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Static Data Utility team across Kolkata/Bengaluru.
• Drive service levels and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with country offices, investor services, accounting and valuation teams.
• Ensure delivery of client service level agreements and SLA compliance.
• Oversee system upgrades, incident management and reporting.
• Develop MIS, governance, and cost-control frameworks.
