Job summary

State Street is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Global Billing & Operations in Manila to lead and transform the billing function within the global delivery framework. The AVP will ensure scalable, compliant billing operations and drive platform transformation across regions.

The role requires overseeing end-to-end invoicing, governance, and performance metrics, partnering with Finance, IT, and client teams, and fostering a culture of change and accountability in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, or global delivery, with senior leadership exposure in BFSI preferred.
• Proven ability to manage global or offshore delivery operations at scale.
• Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global billing operations within the BFSI domain, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing.
• Define and drive the roadmap for platform migration and process modernization across regions.
• Champion digital transformation, including end-state billing platform conversion and process automation.
• Oversee high-level operations tied to the revenue cycle, including governance and service delivery excellence.
