Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years of banking experience, specifically handling products for corporate clients.
• Experience from a local or foreign bank is a strong advantage; experience must be from banks, not financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and manage corporate banking products.
• Research and prepare studies for new marketable products, services, and target segments.
• Identify opportunities for new product offerings based on market trends and client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product implementation and collaboration.
• Lead or support product rollouts, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with third-party vendors or partner banks.
• Ensure product compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide product support to marketing, sales, and relationship management teams.
