Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a marketing-oriented project manager to drive portfolio programs that support Branch Banking Group objectives and improve customer experience. The role emphasizes digital marketing, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.

You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and launching communications across print and digital channels, while ensuring adherence to branding guidelines and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in project management and marketing.
• Background in digital marketing.
• Ability to conceptualize, implement and manage various programs.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio and product programs to support business objectives of the Branch Banking Group.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive CASA growth.
• Conceptualize and present proposals to Branch Banking Group, including budgets and measures.
• Prepare agency briefs and schedule meetings with advertising/design partners.
• Manage design, development and production of communication materials (print and digital).
• Coordinate with internal/external partners for production and deployment of collateral and updates.
• Execute plans for project launches and coordinate with service providers for implementation.
• Develop and conduct training/orientation for front liners of internal/external partners.
• Ensure communication materials comply with branding guidelines and schedules.
