Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead customer-side delivery teams and drive end-to-end project execution for bank customers. The role covers on-site and remote teams, delivering risk systems to production on time, on scope, and within budget.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Support) and coordinate with vendors, with fluent English and strong stakeholder skills to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of experience implementing financial risk systems for banks or 8+ years in IT project management.
Proven track record delivering SaaS or on-premises platforms to production.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover to operations.
Serve as SPOC between client, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
Develop project plans, milestones and delivery artifacts to meet commitments.
Identify and mitigate risks; manage change requests with impact analysis.
Oversee testing, security checks, UAT and go-live activities.
Mentor the implementation team and ensure knowledge transfer.
