Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager for Debit Card initiatives to design and sustain optimal product and customer experiences, shaping future business models and variants.

The role involves market insights, end-to-end product proposals, ongoing performance monitoring, and collaboration with system/platform teams to implement programs and projects that strengthen competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, and other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, industry, project management and/or marketing gained from service sectors.

Responsibilities

• Draws market insights and looks for opportunities to grow the business via thorough research of relevant trends and industry literature.
• Formulates end-to-end product proposals including business requirements, feasibility studies, profitability analysis, risk management; monitors performance of the assigned product and programs.
• Looks after the assigned products' competitiveness by enhancing features, processes and customer experience, including product changes and improving operational performance.
• Liaises with internal partners such as system and platform teams and leads the implementation of necessary programs/projects.
• Identify, set-up and manage strategic alliances with internal/external organizations to support business goals.
