Qualifications

• College graduate with a 4-5 year course, preferably Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics.
• Experience in actuarial or valuation domains is advantageous.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Collates data, analyzes and recommends data and procedures for regular and ad hoc reports and other actuarial studies.
• Reviews and responds to inquiries on new and existing products as escalated by staff.
• Recommends finalization or revision of submitted reports.
• Forwards finalized reports on existing products to the Manager for disposition.
• Discusses with concerned departments on new products and finalizes product design as a result of monitoring.
• Improves drafts submitted by junior staff on product design and implementation.
• Monitors and oversees automation projects of the team.
• Collaborates with ICT or the Provider on automation projects affecting the Actuarial Product Development Team.
• Reviews and updates departmental policy documents and guidelines.
