Job summary

SIA Engineering (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an experienced training instructor in aviation electronics to deliver and oversee basic modules and aircraft maintenance courses. The role requires teaching background, knowledge of PCAR, fuel tank safety, and human factors, with an emphasis on safety, documentation, and compliance.

The instructor will coach trainees and contribute to continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Electronics Technology or related field.
• CAAP/Aeronautical Engineering License is advantageous.
• Strong English language skills, both written and oral.
• At least 2 years relevant experience; teaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, initiative and creativity.
• Familiarity with Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses in Basic Modules / Aircraft-related topics (e.g., Basic Aircraft, PCAR, Fuel Tank Safety, Human Factors).
• Deliver scheduled training courses per the training calendar.
• Prepare and administer course examinations and practical assessments.
• Submit training documentation to training officers.
• Attend scheduled continuation trainings.
• Continue gaining Aircraft Maintenance Experience with SIAEP-Operations and other departments.
• Adhere to quality and safety policies of the organization.
• Accomplish other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Must be able to demonstrate familiarization with the Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ability to deliver courses in Basic Modules /Courses like i.e. Basic Aircraft, PCAR, Fuel Tank Safety, Human Factors etc.
