QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least6 years experienceand certification of the A320/A330/B737/B777 aircrafts.
- Must have recent certifying experience for 6 months in the last 24 months.
- With Required Inspection Items (RII) authorization and experience.
- At least CRS and or MR authorization holder.
- Must have A320/A330/B737 and B777 aircraft type ratings and trainings.
- A holder of a valid CAAP AMT License with A&P / Avionics rating.
- A graduate of Bachelor/ Associate in Aircraft Maintenance Technology.
- With good knowledge and skills with aircraft maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The inspector is responsible to the unit chief for:
- The organizing, planning, and control of work for the staff assigned to him.
- Certifying and monitoring work carried out to ensure that all work undertaken are in compliance with airworthiness requirements.
- Ensuring that test equipment, tools, technical manuals and spares used are in compliance with airworthiness requirements,
- The supervision and control of staff assigned to him with regards to discipline, conduct, appearance, and performance.
- Notifying the Unit Chief of any accident/incident and submit the necessary reports in accordance with Flight/Ground Safety Manual.
- The general administration of staff to him with regards to punctuality are observed.
- Such other duties as assigned by Deputy Unit Chief/Unit Chief.
