Job summary

Godrej Enterprises Group seeks an experienced Project Planner to lead aviation project planning and scheduling from its Hinoba-an facility. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement to ensure on-time delivery of all aviation initiatives.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, resource optimization, and adherence to industry standards, with mentorship for junior planners and a focus on continuous improvement in planning practices.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Aerospace Engineering.
• 6 years for degree or 8 years for diploma in engineering.
• Aviation/aerospace project planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project planning strategies to ensure timely aviation project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business and customer expectations.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and MS Project to track progress and manage schedules.
• Coordinate material planning, lead times, and procurement to ensure material availability.
• Plan production and release full kit on the shop floor, monitor progress and bottlenecks.
