Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in planning and scheduling in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; SAP/PELICO advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assembly completion and establish sequence and lead times to meet shipping dates.
• Analyze production specifications and capacity data to determine processes, tools and human resources.
• Plan and schedule workflow for departments and operations per established lead times.
• Coordinate with supervisors to determine project status and adjust schedules as needed.
• Create production orders on time based on firing order sequencing.
• Provide weekly planning reports on production plan performance.
• Lead a team of planners and ensure EH&S compliance.
