Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX business, is seeking an Assembly Planning professional to monitor and optimize production sequencing to meet shipping dates. You will analyze capacity, schedule workflows, and coordinate with department supervisors to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with advanced degree preferred.
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Monitor assembly completion and establish sequence/lead times to meet shipping dates.
Analyze production specifications and capacity to determine resources and processes.
Plan and schedule workflow for departments per established manufacturing lead times.
Collaborate with supervisors to track project status and adjust schedules as needed.
Lead a team of planners and prepare weekly production reports.
