Job summary

Aviation Partnership Philippines is seeking a capable MOC Planning Engineer to support strategic legal and operational activities across the organization.

Key duties include coordinating maintenance plans with customers and teams, reviewing resource availability, generating KPI reports, and aligning activities with the fleet plan. The role emphasizes safety compliance and continuous improvement through post‑execution analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, or related field.
• Completion of mandatory training stipulated in the Aircraft Planning Manual (APM).
• Training in aircraft type rating/general familiarization, leadership, SMS Level 1, HFEM, and AMOS.
• Ongoing professional development encouraged (e.g., project management, advanced planning courses).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on maintenance plans and resource requirements.
• Review manpower, materials, and machine availability for workload packages.
• Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports to monitor compliance and performance.
• Consolidate and schedule maintenance activities in accordance with the fleet plan.
• Perform post-check analysis of workload execution to identify lessons learned.
• Review customer fleet expansion plans and integrate into resource forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with MOC responsibilities and safety mandates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the MOC Supervisor.
