Job summary

1Aviation Groundhandling Services Corp. is seeking a Commercial and Business Development Specialist to help grow the business.

You will support sales activities, manage contracts, coordinate with airline customers, airport stakeholders, and partners, and deliver commercial reports and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with internal teams to pursue new opportunities, monitor SLAs, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and build strong relationships across the aviation ecosystem while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Aviation Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Aviation Management, Business Development, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, or Contract Management.
• Airline or aviation experience is an advantage.
• Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business/reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and sales activities, including market research, opportunity identification, proposals, quotations, presentations, and client coordination.
• Maintain and monitor contracts, commercial agreements, and service requests, coordinating with Legal, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor customer SLAs and assist in tracking operational and service performance.
• Support airline startups, station openings, charter operations, and other commercial opportunities.
• Develop and coordinate marketing, branding, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Assist in maintaining the company’s website and digital marketing platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, airline partners, airport stakeholders, government agencies, and internal teams.
• Prepare commercial reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and business development updates.
• Support process improvement initiatives, projects, events, and other strategic activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, Commercial and Business Development.
