Job summary

1Aviation Groundhandling Services Corp. is seeking a Standards and Procedures Specialist to uphold aviation standards, drive compliance, and support audits across stations.

You'll review corrective actions, assist in investigations, and collaborate with line staff to ensure adherence to manuals and regulations.

This probationary role requires a 4-year degree and strong English; prior experience in airport operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Vision, Mission and Values are achieved.
• Promote Quality, Safety, Security and Customer Service standards based on aviation regulations and company policies.
• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc compliance checks across airport operations to identify non-conformities.
• Assist in audit preparations and in addressing findings such as CAPAs, NCRs, and other regulatory notices.
• Review and validate corrective and preventive actions submitted by departments.
• Prepare audit and compliance reports for review by the Procedures Officer and Network Standards & Procedures Manager.
• Participate in investigations involving quality, safety, or security incidents.
• Collaborate with line personnel to encourage active participation in procedures processes.
• Track closure of findings, support manual updates, and contribute to operational process enhancements.
• Assist in drafting advisories, reports, meeting minutes, and documentation as needed.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Manager, Network Standards and Procedures.
