Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial and Business Development Specialist to join our Commercial and Business Development team. In this role, you will support contract management, coordinate service requests with internal and external stakeholders, monitor customer service levels, and contribute to business development, marketing, branding, and process improvement initiatives. You will also assist in identifying new business opportunities and analyzing market and competitor trends to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and monitor the company’s contract database.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on non-routine service requests.
• Track operational and safety performance against service level agreements (SLAs) with customers.
• Assist in contract review, drafting, and coordination with the Legal team.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure completeness of invoices and collection related to non-routine services.
• Participate in startup activities and support new business initiatives.
• Review and update department manuals and related documentation.
• Design marketing and branding materials and assist in maintaining the company’s official website.
• Review internal digital and print advertisements to ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
• Conduct process mapping for process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in facilitating project management meetings and related activities.
• Monitor and maintain department supplies and inventory.
• Support company and management events, meetings, and conferences.
• Serve as an ambassador of the Service Champions program.
• Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and evaluate competitor activities.
• Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on regulatory requirements, government laws, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular performance reports and data visualizations to support business and operational decision-making.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Head, Commercial and Business Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or an equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Aviation Management or a relevant field.
• Airline or aviation industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong skills in reporting and data visualization.
• Proficient in computer applications and able to develop and communicate specialist knowledge and expertise.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
