Job summary

You will conduct audits, investigations, and monitoring to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with line personnel, track findings and CAPAs, prepare reports for the Procedures Officer and the Network Standards & Procedures Manager, and support updates to manuals and advisories.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Good command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
• Promote and uphold Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on aviation regulations and company policies.
• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc compliance checks across airport operations to identify non-conformities.
• Assist in audit preparations and in addressing findings such as CAPAs, NCRs, and other regulatory notices.
• Review and validate corrective and preventive actions submitted by departments.
• Prepare audit and compliance reports for review by the Procedures Officer and Network Standards & Procedures Manager.
• Participate in investigations involving quality, safety, or security incidents.
• Collaborate with line personnel to encourage active participation in procedures processes.
• Track closure of findings, support manual updates, and contribute to operational process enhancements.
• Assist in drafting advisories, reports, meeting minutes, and documentation as needed.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Manager, Network Standards and Procedures.
