Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking an L&D Specialist to own end-to-end learning initiatives within a small, collaborative team. You’ll partner with stakeholders to design, test, and refine solutions, ensuring learning truly moves the business forward.

You'll also manage Thrive LMS, curate content, and explore AI-assisted approaches to deliver high-quality learning faster, while maintaining a human-focused approach that develops people.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in L&D, training design, or consultancy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work with AI to enhance learning with sound judgement.
