Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking an L&D Specialist to own learning projects end to end, partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, design engaging solutions, pilot them and refine based on feedback.

You will manage Thrive LMS, support users, curate content, and explore AI tools to speed delivery while preserving quality. This is a small, collaborative team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in L&D or related consultancy
• Experience designing learning solutions and coaching
• Familiarity with Thrive or Rise 360 is a plus
• Able to leverage AI to enhance learning design

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning solutions that build capability and help people flourish
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create solutions
• Maintain Thrive LMS and manage learning content and data
• Pilot ideas, test, and refine based on feedback
• Facilitate learning sessions and contribute to L&D initiatives
