Agileit IT consultancy is seeking a Senior e-Learning Instructional Designer & SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to own end-to-end development of six digital learning modules within SAP SuccessFactors LMS. You will lead requirements, design blueprints, and build engaging modules with modern authoring tools, ensuring SCORM/xAPI compliance and robust analytics.

Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking a highly self-motivated, proactive Senior e-Learning Instructional Designer & SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to lead the end-to-end creation and deployment of six new digital learning modules. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle-from proactively engaging senior business stakeholders and driving requirements gathering to designing, building, and launching the modules within our SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).

Key responsibilities

• Take the initiative to identify, approach, and align senior business stakeholders and busy Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across diverse business units.

• Conduct high-level requirement-gathering workshops, acting as a trusted consultant to steer discussions, manage differing opinions, and secure buy-in on learning strategies.

• Synthesize complex raw content, corporate policies, or technical processes into structured, high-impact instructional blueprints and storyboards.

• Develop interactive, responsive, and multimedia-rich e-learning modules using modern authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or SuccessFactors native content builders.

• Ensure all content is compliant with global e-learning interoperability standards, specifically SCORM (1.2/2004) and xAPI.

• Independently manage creative asset production, incorporating interactive quizzes, knowledge checks, and multimedia elements to maximize user retention.

• Upload, configure, test, and launch the finalized e-learning courses directly into the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.

• Manage SuccessFactors backend logistics, including creating items, curricula, assignment profiles, and automated notification triggers.

• Establish robust tracking metrics, ensuring completion data, test scores, and compliance criteria flow seamlessly into the SuccessFactors analytics dashboard.

• Proactively perform Quality Assurance (QA) and system user-acceptance testing (UAT) to resolve any tracking or display bugs prior to organizational rollout.

About you

• 5-7+ years of experience working as a Senior Instructional Designer, L&D Consultant, or LMS Solutions Specialist.

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial; a proven history of taking the initiative to solve problems, unblock project delays, and establish workflows where none exist.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; highly comfortable challenging assumptions and driving alignment among senior management and executive stakeholders.

• Proven, hands-on experience configuring and managing learning content specifically within SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).

• Proficiency in industry-standard e-learning authoring software such as Articulate 360 suite or Captivate.

• Deep knowledge of SCORM/xAPI packages.
