Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking an automotive technician to diagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Graduate of any automotive course.
• NC1 and NC2 certification required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Knowledgeable in car parts and flexible.
• Must know how to drive an automatic and manual transmission, with a valid professional drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, perform service, and repair to customer units in accordance with manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints.
• Perform work/service on customer units as indicated in the repair order.
• Fix customer vehicles right the first time. (F1) Non-F1 rate is at a maximum of 3%.
• Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle during and after repairs/services.
• Advise Service Advisors of needed additional repairs and recommended repairs.
• Participate in training and meetings as required by management.
• Achieve monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager.
• 100% utilization of required service forms mandated by the company and manufacturers.
• Compliance with all service programs with no violations as audited by the Dealer Development Management Office.
• Keep self-abreast with new technical bulletins and product updates.
• Observe proper procedures in conducting repairs as per the manufacturer's standard.
• Promotes 5S and maintains cleanliness in the work area at all times.
