Job summary

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Auto Technician to diagnose, service and repair customer vehicles to manufacturer standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will perform repairs according to repair orders and maintain vehicle cleanliness during and after service. Requirements: at least 3 years in the field, knowledge of car parts, and ability to operate automatic and manual transmissions with a valid professional driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in the same field.
• Knowledge of car parts.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints.
• Perform repairs and service on customer units per repair order.
• Ensure the repair is correct the first time (F1) with a maximum 3% non-F1 rate.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle during and after repairs/services.
• Advise service advisors on needed and recommended repairs.
• Participate in trainings and meetings as required by management.
• Achieve monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager.
• Complete service forms and comply with all programs and manufacturer requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with technical bulletins and product updates.
• Observe manufacturer procedures and promote 5S in the work area.

Main Responsibility:

Diagnose, performs service, and repair to customer's units in accordance with the manufacturer's standards and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints.
• Performs work/service on customer units as indicated in the repair order.
• Fix customer vehicles right the first time. (F1) Non-F1 rate is at a maximum of 3%.
• Ensures cleanliness of the vehicle during and after the repairs/services.
• Advices Service Advisors of needed additional repairs on the unit as well as recommended repairs.
• Participates in training and meetings, both internal and external as required by the management.
• Achieves monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager.
• 100% utilization of required service forms mandated by the company as well as the manufacturers.
• Compliance with all service programs with no incidents of violations as audited by the Dealer Development Management Office.
• Keeps self-abreast with new technical bulletins and new product updates.
• Observe proper procedures in conducting repairs as per the manufacturer's standard.
• Promotes 5S and maintains cleanliness in the work area at all times.
