Job summary

Recruitment Team - Visayas is seeking an automotive technician to diagnose and service customer vehicles in the Iloilo City area.

The role requires NC1/NC2 certification, a graduate of an automotive course, 6 months to 1 year of experience, and knowledge of car parts with flexible approach. A valid driver’s license for both automatic and manual transmissions is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any automotive course.
• With NC1 and NC2 certification.
• With at least 6 Months to 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Knowledgeable in car parts and flexible.
• Must know how to drive an automatic and manual transmission with valid professional driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns based on customer concerns.
• Perform work/service on customer units as indicated in the repair order.
• Fix customer vehicles right the first time. (F1) Non-F1 rate is at maximum of 3%.
• Ensure cleanliness of the vehicles during and after repairs or services.
• Advise Service Advisors of needed additional repairs and recommended repairs.
• Participate in training and meetings as required by management.
• Achieve monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager.
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness in the work area at all times.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspection and stencil.
• Conduct detailed checks of vehicle systems (electrical), safety features, fluids, and tires.
• Test drives to evaluate performance and functionality.
• Document inspection findings, repairs, and vehicle details.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MANPOWER REQUEST:

• Diagnosis vehicle concerns based on customer concerns.
• Performs work/service on customer units as indicated in the repair order.
• Fix customer vehicles right the first time .(F1) Non-F1 rate is at maximum of 3%.
  
• Ensures cleanliness of the vehicles during and after of repairs or services.
• Advices Service Advisors of needed additional repairs on the unit as well as recommended repairs.
• Participates in training and meetings, both internal and external as required by the management.
• Achieves monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager.
• 100% utilization of required service forms mandated by the company as well as the manufacturers.
• Compliance with all service programs with no incidents of violations as audited by the dealer.
  
• Keeps self-abreast with new new product updates.
  
• Observe proper procedures in conducting repairs as per the manufacturer's standard.
• Promotes 5S and maintains cleanliness in the work area at all times.
• Conduct Pre - delivery inspection and stencil.
• Conduct detailed checks of all vehicle system (electrical), safety features, fluids, and tires.
• Testing: Perform test drives to evaluate performance and functionality.
• Repairs and adjustments: Make minor repairs, adjustments, and fill fluids to meet quality standards.
• Documentation: Accurately record all inspection findings, repairs, and vehicle details.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work follows safety regulations and industry standards.
