Job summary

Mitsubishi Grand Canyon Iloilo is seeking an automotive technician with NC1/NC2 certifications and 1 year of relevant experience. The candidate should understand car parts, be flexible, and hold a valid professional driver’s license for both automatic and manual transmission.

Responsibilities include diagnosing concerns, performing repairs, ensuring quality on first time fixes, and maintaining tools and work area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any automotive course.
• With NC1 and NC2 certification.
• With at least 6 Months to 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Knowledgeable in car parts and flexible.
• Must know how to drive an automatic and manual transmission with valid professional driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis vehicle concerns based on customer concerns.
• Performs work/service on customer units as indicated in the repair order.
• Fix customer vehicles right the first time .(F1) Non-F1 rate is at maximum of 3%.
• Ensures cleanliness of the vehicles during and after of repairs or services.
• Advices Service Advisors of needed additional repairs on the unit as well as recommended repairs.
• Participates in training and meetings, both internal and external as required by the management.
• Achieves monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager.
• 100% utilization of required service forms mandated by the company as well as the manufacturers.
• Compliance with all service programs with no incidents of violations as audited by the dealer.
• Keeps self-abreast with new new product updates.
• Observe proper procedures in conducting repairs as per the manufacturer's standard.
• Promotes 5S and maintains cleanliness in the work area at all times.
