Job summary

Laus Group of Companies is seeking a Service Manager to oversee aftersales operations in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. The role focuses on achieving daily, monthly, and annual targets, ensuring adherence to service standards across reception, workshop, and releasing, and forecasting Aftersales performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering, at least 4 years in the field, and excellent customer-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent Customer-Relations/Customer-Handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements and achieve the approved daily, monthly and annual targets.
• Closely coordinates with the Business Manager in ensuring compliance to prescribed service standards: reception, workshop and releasing.
• Reviews the Aftersales performance and conduct forecasting of targets for approval.
• Ensures well managed service workshop as indicated by the individual performance of the Service Technicians and Service Advisors.
• Ensures that the dealers implement prescribed service processes and standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
