Job summary

Car Doctor Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a capable automotive service supervisor to coordinate between customers and mechanics, estimate repair costs, and ensure timely completion of parts and services.

You will maintain maintenance records, oversee inventory alignment, and support a team with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A background in CASA or similar industry is preferred, with growth opportunities and incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year Automotive course or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in CASA or similar industry.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Demonstrated supervisory, team-building, problem-solving and counselling abilities.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates between customers and mechanics to eliminate inefficiency and comeback repairs.
• Estimates repair costs and ensures parts/services are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensures that parts inventory matches vehicles in system, coordinates with parts person, and updates as necessary.
• Maintains preventive maintenance records (hard copy and computer).
• Possesses supervisory and leadership capabilities to guide team and resolve issues.
