Job summary

Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc is seeking an experienced Assistant to the Sales Director & Automotive Financial Product Development to help plan and execute automotive sales strategies integrated with financial solutions.

The role includes data consolidation, reporting, and collaboration with banks and insurance partners to design tailored financing products and bundled offerings. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Commerce or Economic Law.
• Minimum 5 years of managing loan products at a bank.
• Experience with automotive clients is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of automotive financing and loan products, interest rates and loan tenors.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Director in planning, monitoring, and executing automotive sales strategies with financial solutions.
• Consolidate and analyze business data including vehicle sales, financing penetration, product mix and channel performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, meeting materials, and business optimization proposals.
• Track implementation progress of projects, sales programs, and financial policies.
• Research, develop and improve automotive financial products (auto loans, balloon schemes, RTO, bundled offerings).
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and insurance partners to design products and negotiate terms.
• Standardize product descriptions, sales processes, and training materials for the sales team.
• Act as liaison between automotive sales and financial partners; support sales teams in complex cases.
• Participate in training programs on automotive financial product knowledge and sales consulting skills.
