Job summary

ANC+ Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks an experienced Marketing and Sales professional to drive automotive dealership campaigns. You will develop strategies for new product advertisements, organize promotional events, and lead Marketing Associates.

You will review campaigns, analyze website conversion and ROI, and identify new markets for expansion. Collaboration with OEM reps and sales managers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business/Communications.
• 3–7 years in marketing or sales, preferably in automotive dealerships.
• Familiar with vehicle sales cycles, dealer operations, financing, and customer service processes.
• Experience in lead generation, CRM marketing and dealership campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for advertising new products.
• Organize promotional events and coordinate day-of deliveries and staffing.
• Lead and train teams of Marketing Associates.
• Review current marketing campaigns and develop budget-compliant improvements.
• Analyze website conversion rates and promotion effectiveness to drive sales.
• Identify new markets and plan market entry strategies.
• Collaborate with product and buying teams to estimate demand.
• Brainstorm advertising ideas with senior management.
