Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to drive vehicle sales by identifying opportunities and delivering excellent customer service. You will promote commercial and passenger vehicles, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless experience.

The role requires building strong relationships with diverse clients, presenting product options, and meeting sales targets. Travel and field visits may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership operations.
• Experience selling commercial and passenger vehicles, trucks, or parts is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products, financing, and dealership sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for field work.
• Highly organized, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for commercial and passenger vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with individual, corporate, and fleet customers.
• Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and explain product features, specifications, and financing options.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service, Parts, and Operations to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor vehicle orders, inventory availability, registration status, and delivery schedules.
• Provide after-sales support by assisting customers with warranties, preventive maintenance services (PMS), repairs, accessories, and parts inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM or ERP system.
• Stay updated on automotive market trends, competitor activities, and new vehicle models to identify business opportunities.
• Attend sales events, trade shows, and client visits to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
