Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize sales documents (SOs, quotations, customer sheets) and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants on reservations, availability, and releases.
• Assist with financing applications, banks, and insurance documents.
• Maintain daily and monthly sales records; generate reports for the Sales Manager.
• Provide general administrative support and handle confidential information.
