Job summary

Wuling Automobile Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Specialist to welcome customers, assess needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, financing options, and documentation. You will demonstrate vehicles, prepare quotations, and negotiate within policy to close sales.

You will build relationships, maintain product knowledge, and participate in showroom promotions, events, and lead generation activities to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive products and dealership sales processes.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by dealership operations.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, test drives, events, and other sales activities.
• With a valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and respond to inquiries from online platforms, phone calls, referrals, and other sources.
• Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicle models.
• Present vehicle features, specifications, benefits, pricing, promotions, and available financing options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required sales documents.
• Negotiate professionally with customers within approved company pricing and policies.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers with financing applications, reservation, purchase requirements, and vehicle release documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance & Insurance, Sales Administration, Cashier, and other departments to ensure smooth processing of sales transactions.
• Ensure all customer information and sales documents are complete, accurate, and properly submitted.
• Monitor the status of customer transactions from inquiry through vehicle release.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Provide timely updates regarding vehicle availability, financing status, requirements, and release schedules.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate referrals and repeat business through good customer relationships and service.
• Maintain updated knowledge of assigned vehicle models, specifications, features, pricing, promotions, financing programs, and competitors.
• Attend product training, sales meetings, and dealership activities.
• Keep updated on market trends and customer preferences.
• Participate in showroom activities, mall displays, test-drive events, auto shows, and other sales promotions.
• Assist in lead generation through social media, networking, referrals, and other approved channels.
• Maintain proper showroom presentation and ensure assigned vehicles are clean and ready for customer viewing.
• Comply with dealership standards, sales procedures, and company policies.
