You will coordinate with Accounting/Finance, Service, Parts, and Logistics to facilitate payments, documentation, and delivery schedules while supporting Sales Executives to close deals. Strong attention to detail and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong administrative and organizational skills may be considered.
• Experience in sales administration or automotive dealership operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales Department.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents and reports.
• Encode and update vehicle sales transactions and customer information.
• Monitor documents for completeness and accuracy in sales, financing, registration, and delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives on pending requirements and paperwork.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
