Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking a proactive Sales Executive in the automotive sector to grow vehicle sales and build lasting customer relationships. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to negotiation, delivery, and after-sales support.

You will coordinate with Finance, Service, Parts, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in automotive sales, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; college undergraduates welcome.
• 1-3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, trucks, or related products is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products, vehicle specifications, financing, and dealership sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to conduct field work and client visits.
• Willing to travel as required to meet clients and support business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, and automotive products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and fleet customers.
• Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and explain product features, specifications, and financing options.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding the customer base.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service, Parts, and Operations to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor vehicle orders, inventory availability, registration status, and delivery schedules.
• Provide after-sales support by assisting customers with warranties, PMS, repairs, accessories, and parts inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM or ERP system.
• Stay updated on automotive market trends, competitor activities, and new vehicle models to identify business opportunities.
• Attend sales events, trade shows, and client visits to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
