Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor quality, automotive quality, customer technical support, or related engineering functions.
• Strong understanding of automotive customer-specific requirements and quality management systems.
• Extensive experience with PPAP, APQP, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.
• Proven experience managing customer requirement deployment across product development, qualification, manufacturing, and sustaining operations.
• Strong knowledge of product and process change management, including PCN requirements and customer approval processes.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Serve as the expert and primary focal point for customer requirements within the division.
• Partner with QA, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, and Marketing to integrate CSR into product realization.
• Drive compliance with automotive and customer-specific requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead the creation, submission, maintenance, and archival of PPAP packages and related documentation.
• Support product and process changes ensuring PCN and customer approvals are met.
• Govern PCN process with impact assessments, documentation, and customer communication.
• Ensure qualification plans, validation activities, and change management reflect CSR.
• Coordinate audits related to CSR, PPAP, and change management compliance.
• Define and implement digital transformation to improve CSR management, PPAP workflows, and document control.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor CSR compliance and PCN execution.
• Lead and develop the CTS organization with a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, specifications, and resources; monitor spendings.

Siliconix Philippines, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for a Senior CTS Quality Manager to lead the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of customer-specific requirements across product development, qualification, manufacturing, and change management processes. The role ensures customer requirements are translated into operational controls, supports PCN execution, and owns the creation and maintenance of PPAP documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with customer expectations and automotive standards.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the implementation and governance of customer-specific requirements (CSR) across product development, qualification, manufacturing, and sustaining operations.
• Ensure customer requirements are reviewed, interpreted, and deployed into internal procedures, specifications, control plans, and quality systems.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary focal point for customer requirements within the division.
• Partner with Divisional QA system, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, and Marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively integrated into product realization processes.
• Drive compliance with automotive and customer-specific requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead the creation, submission, maintenance, and archival of PPAP packages and associated customer documentation.
• Support product and process changes by ensuring compliance with customer notification and approval requirements.
• Govern and support the PCN process, ensuring impact assessments, documentation, customer communication, and approvals are completed in accordance with customer and industry requirements.
• Ensure customer requirements are properly reflected in qualification plans, validation activities, and change management processes.
• Coordinate customer and certification audits related to customer-specific requirements, PPAP, and change management compliance.
• Define and implement digital transformation initiatives to improve management of customer requirements, PPAP workflows, PCN tracking, compliance monitoring, and document control.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor customer requirement compliance, PPAP status, PCN execution, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the CTS organization while fostering a culture of customer focus, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Take budgets, specifications and/or stakeholder expectations, and organize available resources accordingly. Monitor spendings.
