Job summary

RCX RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and automotive quality standards. The role leads QA/QC for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods, while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality management within manufacturing, with strong exposure to automotive manufacturing and audits for customers, suppliers, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related technical course.
• Minimum 5 years of quality management or quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to Automotive Manufacturing set-up.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer audits, supplier quality, and process control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and automotive quality requirements.
• Lead QA/QC activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support customer, internal, supplier, and certification audits, including closure of findings.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement, defect prevention, and process control.
• Lead and guide the Quality team in inspection standards, documentation, and quality discipline.
