Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Feature Domain Modeling Engineer (FDME) to drive MBSE methods across vehicle engineering teams. You will develop operational, system, subsystem, and component-level MBSE models to define vehicle features, optimize system architecture, and eliminate specification issues early in the design cycle.

In an Agile setting, you will bridge the gap between system architects, product owners, and software engineers to streamline time-to-market and simplify product diversity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Hands-on MBSE architectures experience in automotive or aerospace.
• Strong SysML/behavioral modeling and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• MBSE Model Development across vehicle feature domains.
• Traceability & Root Cause Analysis between requirements, models and tests.
• Framework & Toolchain Management using Rhapsody and ALM workflows.
• MBSE Method Deployment with system leaders and KPI dashboards.
• Agile Integration in SAFe/Scrum environments for iterative delivery.
• Team Enablement and coaching across system teams.
• System Traceability & Quality Control mapping requirements to models.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Architects, PO and Scrum Masters.
• Adoption of Agile Engineering Practices in a SE environment.
