Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Solutions Architect for Automotive to drive presales and technical solution design for open-source platforms in automotive applications. You will blend automotive know-how with strong Linux, embedded systems, and software development skills to solve complex customer challenges.

You will collaborate with specialists across cloud, Kubernetes, security, safety, and embedded technologies to deliver comprehensive customer solutions, demonstrations, and PoCs, helping shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related technical field.
• Experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Strong Linux experience with Debian/Ubuntu preferred.
• Embedded Linux experience including Yocto or RTOS.
• Proficient in at least one of Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
• Understanding of low-level Linux boot processes, BIOS, firmware, and embedded software development.
• Excellent English communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Engage automotive customers during presales to understand requirements and explain technologies.
• Act as technical advisor, helping customers adopt open-source platforms for automotive use cases.
• Collaborate with cloud, Kubernetes, security, safety, and embedded specialists to craft solutions.
• Participate in Embedded Linux projects including demos, prototypes, and PoCs.
• Translate market needs into actionable insights for engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to reusable technical solutions addressing automotive market opportunities.
• Support software-defined vehicle initiatives and cloud-embedded environments.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Balance multiple engagements with a focus on delivery and outcomes.
