OPENLANE is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in the Taguig area to drive customer acquisition and engagement for our platform. The role focuses on outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the registration process.

You will generate opportunities, nurture leads, and coordinate onboarding with the Onboarding Account Executive to ensure a smooth customer journey and strong conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined sales experience, preferably outbound.
• College diploma or equivalent; sales/marketing training is a plus.
• Experience in automotive sales and knowledge of the used car market.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calls to introduce the platform and generate interest.
• Qualify leads and guide prospects through registration or application.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to drive registrations.
• Assist customers with onboarding and coordinate with sales/support teams.
