Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales, particularly in the used car market, is preferred.
• A college diploma or equivalent experience is required. Additional education or training in sales and marketing is a plus.
• At least 5 years of Customer Service experience, with background in Sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Five9 and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Provide information about available used cars, including features, specifications, and pricing.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person vehicle demonstrations for potential buyers.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to the final sale.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer preferences and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with other team members, including finance and inventory management, to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and specifications of the pre-owned vehicles in the inventory.
• Educate customers on the benefits of purchasing used cars and address any concerns.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure the sale.
• Close sales and complete necessary paperwork, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
