Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience with a sales background.
• Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and channels; provide vehicle information and pricing.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person vehicle demonstrations for potential buyers.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to final sale.
• Perform needs assessments and collaborate with finance and inventory teams.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and educate customers on benefits of used vehicles.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring compliance and paperwork accuracy.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals; follow up post-sale.
