Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila, Philippines, invites an Automation Specialist to join the Systems Support and Talent Acquisition Enablement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Hybrid work arrangement and day shift support your work-life balance.

You will architect and maintain Zapier-based automations, accelerate TA workflows, assess automation feasibility, and collaborate to maximize tool connectivity and system uptime across the TA ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of solid experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, or similar).
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related operational discipline.
• Strong organizational capabilities to handle high-volume technical requests without loss of focus.

Responsibilities

• Zapier automations: Architect, build, and maintain automated workflows to optimize Talent Acquisition operations.
• Workflow Acceleration: Accelerate day-to-day recruiting and operational workflows, reducing manual task overhead.
• Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate automation requests for technical feasibility and process alignment.
• System Integration: Collaborate with Systems Support and Innovations teams to maximize tool connectivity and uptime.

Your Role

As an Automation Specialist, you will report directly within the Systems Support and Talent Acquisition Enablement functional line to drive process modernization. Your core responsibilities include:

• Zapier Automations: Architect, build, and maintain automated workflows using Zapier and other enterprise automation tools to optimize Talent Acquisition operations.
• Workflow Acceleration: Accelerate day-to-day recruiting and operational workflows, systematically reducing manual task overhead across the TA enablement ecosystem.
• Feasibility Assessment: Review and analyze incoming stakeholder automation requests, evaluating technical feasibility and process alignment prior to implementation.
• System Integration: Collaborating closely with the Systems Support Specialist and Innovations team to maximize tool connectivity and system uptime.

What You Need

Preferred skills/expertise

• Familiarity with executing operational pipelines and utilizing API integrations within modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Manatal or JobAdder.
• Exposure to corporate shared services or IT-BPM project coordination environments.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a solutions-oriented approach to systemic bottlenecks.

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid experience working with workflow automation tools (specifically Zapier, Power Automate, or similar enterprise integration platforms).
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related operational discipline.
• Strong organizational capabilities, with an ability to process high-volume technical requests without sacrificing focus.
